The Dexter F. and Dorothy H. Baker Foundation provided a grant of $5,000 a year for the years 2013 and 2014. This generous grant subsidized over 2772 meals over the two-year period. These clients had low incomes and could only afford to pay less than half of the cost of their meals.
We appreciate the generosity of the Baker Foundation for ensuring that our clients had food to eat, a friendly visit and a well being check without regard to whether they could afford the full cost of the program.
