Referrals for our for our service are made by clients themselves, their family members, hospital discharge planners, home health and other agencies, doctor’s offices, neighbors or clergy. The person who will be the client must agree to the service before the referral is made.
A simple phone call to the Meals on Wheels office at (610) 398-2563 is all it takes to apply for service. You may also

Once an application is received, each new client is assigned a Meals on Wheels caseworker who will contact the applicant or their representative to set up a time for the initial home visit. The caseworker will determine which diet and meal options are appropriate and establish an affordable fee. Our caseworkers can also link clients and their families with other community-based services. The caseworker visits each client every six months as long as they are on the service to make sure it is working well for them, review their nutritional status and update the information we have on file.
